Who can use RizePoint Support?
As a reminder, the RizePoint support team should only be used by RizePoint “Authorized Users” as defined in section 1, Exhibit A of the Support and Service Level Agreement. “Authorized User means a Subscriber representative who has been trained by RizePoint on the Rizepoint Products and is familiar with the operation of the RizePoint Products.”
RizePoint operates as Level 2 support meaning that all end users primary contact should their RizePoint Administrator. Expanded service contracts are available. Please contact your Account Administrator for details.
