Before running Rizepoint (Steton) 360MA on your computer, check to make sure the application is running as admin.
If you are getting an error message that states 'Run program as administrator' please check the following on your device.
**If you are running the application on a corporate owned device, please contact your I.T department to properly install the rizepoint (steton) 360MA application.**
-Right click your desktop icon:
- Select Properties.
-This will automatically open up to Shortcut:
-Select the Compatibility tab.
-Under Privilege Level:
-Check: Run this program as administrator
-Select: Apply & OK
You are set to run the application & log in without getting an error.
